Foamy Fortunes

Foamy Fortunes Review

It's perhaps something that we don't all readily admit to and I know I haven't got one, honest. Are you brave enough to admit that you have a rubber duck that you play with in the bath? I actually had a Stingray, no not a real one but from the classic TV series. I had two of them you know but that's another story for another day.

So why all this chat about rubber ducks? Well these are the stars of this scratchcard game from Microgaming. They have been producing a whole range of great games for the past couple of decades. Lots of excellent slot games of course but also some pretty good scratchcard games and this is one of them.

Playing this game costs between £1 and £10 which isn't too bad a range for a game like this. 'Foamy Fortunes' has 16 bubbles and behind each of these hides a multiplier value or a rubber duck. Once you've decided on your wager then you need to press the 'New Card' button. The bubbles will then start appearing and it's our job to pop the bubbles by clicking on them in the hope that we'll be revealing some tasty multipliers.

This process can be a long or short one. Just like you sometimes want a long soak in a bubble bath after a long day at work, you can decide to pop one bubble at a time and build up the excitement. If you want to get everything over and done quickly then just press the 'Reveal All' button (which is what you tend to do in a bath anyway).

Your target is to get three matching symbols but stay away from those ducks. You may love your rubber duck but they really aren't your best friend in this game. If you reveal three of the rubber duck symbols then this will end the game and it's onto the next one.

It's possible to win some good amounts in this game. There's a whole range of multiplier values starting off at 1x then progressing to 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, 10x, 15x, 30x, 50x, 100x, 250x, 500x, 1000x, 5000x and a jackpot of 10,000x your stake,

If you are lucky enough to reveal more than one set of three matching multipliers then you only get to win the highest combination.

The more scratchcards you buy, the better your odds of getting a win in this game. Don't keep ploughing money ito the game if you can't afford to. Just stick to your financial budget and don't go chasing losses (been there, done that, not good).

Conclusion

This is a pretty straightforward game and playing it presents no problems with control buttons easy to use. It can get you some very good wins but if you are chasing the 10,000x jackpot multiplier you might need a very long soak in the bath indeed. It's all good fun though and it's another enjoyable scratchcard game from Microgaming who continually come up with the goods.
