King Tiger

King Tiger Slot Review

It’s a trip around the world when you play slot games and ‘Kiing Tiger’ takes you to deep into the African jungle. This is a slot from Nextgen Gaming who keep on producing some excellent games for us to try and win some cash on.

The background to the reels is a jungle scene but there’s no sign of any animals which is a shame. This is a five reel game that has three rows and 20 paylines. They aren’t fixed so it’s up to you to decide just how many to activate for each spin of the reels. The cost of playing the game goes from £0.01 to £40, not a bad range so it shouldn’t be a problem finding a level you can comfortably play at and enjoy the game.

The symbols in the game are of a basic design, there’s an elephant, buffalo, deer and a great big bird with a very large beak (not quite sure what it is, I’m a slot reviewer not Sir David Attenborough). The wild symbol is the tiger and this only appears on the second, third and fourth reels. It can be stacked so that means plenty will come along and substitute for other symbols to create winning combinations. It doesn’t substitute for the pink flower which is the scatter symbol in this game. The rest of the reels are filled by the nine to Ace playing card symbols which is one too many in my opinion.

There's an autoplay feature in this game where you can set between five and 500 automated spins. Playing the game isn't that difficult at all but have a look through the paytable to learn more about how the game plays. A few free games will also help you get used to how the game runs before loading up your account balance.

Bonus Games

To get some free spins you need three or more of the pink flower scatter symbols to appear on the reels. They can be anywhere so this also means you can trigger this without having to activate all the paylines all the time. Getting three scatters means you receive ten free spins. Even better news is that all your wins during the free spins awarded are tripled and it’s possible to re-trigger the free spins.

There's also a gamble feature in this game which is the usual guess the card game. After each win in the base game you can gamble your win. All you have to do is guess the colour of the next card to get your win doubled or guess correctly the next suit to come up to quadruple it. Five goes are allowed and you could get a great win but this isn't as easy as it sounds so be careful.

Conclusion

A reasonably straightforward game to be honest. Nothing fancy and the theme is a decent one. The bonus game can be a profitable one thanks to the tripled wins and chance of re-triggering the free spins. Be wary of that gamble feature though.
