Emperor’s Garden

Emperor's Garden Slot Review

There's plenty of eastern promise in the 'Emperor's Garden' slot game. I've seen a few slot games that have used an oriental theme and the graphics in this game really impress me. The wins I've been getting from it haven't exactly upset me either.

It's another impressive game from NextGen Gaming who are from Australia and the world's leading independent supplier of innovative games to the gambling industry.

Just the look of this game really gets you in the mood. the symbols of the reels are beautifully designed as is the background of the game with a lovely looking Koi pond and oriental trees. Anyone fancying a quiet relaxing afternoon should book up immediately and head there. The soundtrack also fits in with the theme perfectly.

This is a five reel game that has 25 paylines. It's up to you to decide how much you're going to stake and how many lines you're going to activate. The cost of playing ranges from £0.01 to £50, not too bad a range, just choose a level that you're prepared to lose and enjoy playing this great game.

Symbols in the game are a pink lily, a statue of a dragon, the Emperor and a pagoda. There's also the nine to Ace playing card symbols which have at least been given a bit of an oriental look.

Five of the Emperor symbols will win you 500x your stake so if you decide to go for the £2 bet that will win you £1000.

The wild symbol is the garden and only appears on the second, third and fourth reels. However when it does make an appearance it'll really make you smile. That's because it expands to fill the whole reel if involved in a win. Now that really does give you an excellent chance of getting some winning combinations you wouldn't otherwise have had. The Koi Carp is the scatter symbol in this game, more about its significance in a moment.

In normal game play if you get a win there's a chance to double, quadruple or lose it altogether. Yes it's the gamble feature and again it's asking you to correctly choose the colour or suit of the next card. I wish they'd come up with something new. Be careful with this gamble because it's very unlikely you'll get five right in a row so perhaps gamble once, twice at most and then run for the hills with your winnings.

It's possible to set an autoplay if you want a break from the screen or just can't be bothered to keep pressing the spin button. You can set from 5 to 500 automated spins. This is a straightforward game but if you do want more info about wins and how the bonus games etc work then just have a look through the paytable.

Bonus Games

Three or more of the scatter symbols will trigger the free spins round. You're given ten of them and any wins you get are multiplied by three. It's also possible to get another set of ten if those scatters make appearances in the required amount during the free spins.

Conclusion

It's an enjoyable enough game with the highlights being its look and the bonus game. The look is excellent and the free spins round can certainly bring in some good profits. The expanding wild is another useful addition too.
