Maid o Money

Maid O' Money Slot Review

I’d love to have a maid who could come in and do the cleaning for me now and then. Well, the maid in this game from the excellent slot game producers Nextgen, hasn’t done much cleaning for me but it has provided some good wins thanks to its many features.

This is a five-reel game that has a total of three rows of symbols and a maximum of 25 paylines. You don’t have to activate all of them, that’s entirely your choice. Just check your budget and then make a decision on how many to activate on each spin of the reels. The game can be played for just £0.01 if you want to and a maximum bet of
The game has a purple and green colour scheme and there are some dollar signs floating upwards to really get us in the mood to win some cash. The symbols here include a gold tiara, a pair of red high-heeled shoes that she’ll struggle to walk in (well most women do), a feather duster and a vacuum cleaner. Also there’s the nine to Ace playing card symbols which is a few too many really. Five of the red shoes win you 500x your line bet.

You’ll be eager to get the wild symbol on the reels as this can substitute for others to get you winning combinations. In this slot it’s the overworked maid. She’s capable of a lot of things but not replacing the Maid O' Money logo and the bag of cash who are the two scatter symbols here. Being able to do that would make it far easier to activate the bonus features.

To ensure you know as much as possible about this game, take the opportunity to look at the paytable and game rules. A few free games will also make you feel more at home with the game once you start putting your real cash into it.

If you're going to be playing this game for a while and chances you will be, use the autoplay button. This can set between five and 500 automated spins of the reels and can be stopped whenever you want.

Bonus Games

Let’s start with the Money Maid Bonus which can occur randomly. After any spin of the reels you may receive one of the following bonuses.

There’s the Roaming Wild which sees the maid wander onto the screen in her rather enticing outfit. While you begin to daydream she suddenly adds extra wilds onto the reels. They are then evaluated and any wins are awarded to you.
You could get the Money Wheel where the maid puts her feather duster down for a moment and spins the Wheel of Fortune. This can win you cash prizes or take you into the more valuable inner wheels.

The Cash Ladder sees the maid drop a coin onto the pachinko table and if you’re having a lucky day it’ll land in a slot that gives you a multiplier. You keep on doing this until a coin ends up in the ‘Collect’ slot.

Also in this packed game there’s the Cashpot Free Spins. When you get a bag of cash symbol anywhere on the reels out pops the maid and she’ll give you a multiplier of between 1x and 3x to your total stake, this gets added to the total in the box above the reels.

The free spins are triggered when three of the Maid O' Money symbols or two of the Maid of Money logos and the bag of cash end up on anywhere on the reels. That’s handy as it means you can activate this with just one line being played. You get 10 free spins and all wins achieved during them are doubled. If a bag of cash symbol turns up then you get the amount that is in the box above the reels.

The game also has a gamble feature. Just be careful with this because it’s a lot harder than it looks. It’s the usual guess the next card routine whereby getting right the next colour doubles your win and the correct suit quadruples it. Don’t waste good wins on this.

Conclusion

There’s certainly a lot going on in this game. The random bonuses are all pretty useful (but not as pretty as the maid) and the free spins round can certainly get you some good profits. Be careful with the gamble feature though.
