Wouldn't we all love to meet Mr Cashback? Well you can in this slot game from Playtech who have spent all this century producing one excellent slot game after another. It's not the most complex of games but it's definitely an enjoyable one.
'Mr Cashback' is a five reel game that has 15 paylines for you to try and win some money on. It's entirely your choice just how many you decide to activate. The cost of playing the game goes from £0.05 to £7.50, you can use the control buttons at the bottom of the screen to set this or just press the Bet Max button to gamble £7.50.
The symbols in this game aren't the most complicated but they do the job and they are entertaining. Given the title of the game they are cash related apart from the nine to Ace playing symbols. Theme-related symbols are a piggy bank, a pile of cash, a bag of gold coins and then the wild and scatter symbols. To be honest a couple more theme-related symbols, perhaps a bank vault or something you could spend your money on would have been better.
Mr Cashback himself is the wild symbol and he's a funny old chap. As the reels spin he can be seen smoking a cigar but when he stops and substitutes for another symbol to get you a win, something strange happens. He starts celebrating and as he does his wig bounces off his head and back down again which is a good trick if you can do it. There's also lots of money floating around which is always a good thing to see. The Cash Back Logo is the scatter symbol in this game and the significance of that symbol will be explained in a moment.
When you do get a win there's a chance to get a higher amount into your account via the gamble feature. This is the red or black card game, guess the colour of the next card and you can double your win. There's no quadruple option as in a lot of other games. This is an ok feature but don't overdo the gambling and lose out on some good wins.
Bonus Game
There are a couple of bonus features in this game. Firstly there's the Mr Cash Back feature which is a really interesting one. If you're unlucky enough to go 50 spins without a win then you'll win back 50x your line bet.
Then there's the Free Spins feature which is triggered when you get three of the scatter symbols appear anywhere on the reels and they don't have to be on an active payline. During this round you get a 2x multiplier and after each of the free spins at least one wild symbol will suddenly appear and go onto the reels and be there for between one and four spins. This can really help you get some winning combinations and if you're really lucky you can end up with five or more wilds on the reels.
Conclusion
This is a really enjoyable game and the bonus features really do give you a great chance of winning some excellent prizes. Th graphics may be a bit simple and there are too many of the playing card numbers but it's still another good game from Playtech.
