Untamed Bengal Tiger

Untamed Bengal Tiger Slot Review

I’m not too sure I’d like to meet an untamed Bengal tiger I think I’d run a mile to be honest or as far as I could run before getting caught by it. Thankfully there’s no such danger entailed in this slot game from Microgaming. This is part of their ‘Untamed’ series and is an entertaining and profitable slot.

The background to the reels shows the forest where the Bengal tiger resides. There’s no sign of one though, perhaps it was off on its tea-break. One big bonus is that the Bengal tiger has a fantastic look to it, something you might be thinking as it mauls you to death.

The game has five-reels and three rows of symbols. Rather than the usual paylines there are 243 ways to win in this game. Matching symbols on adjacent reels can get you wins hence the large number.

The main symbols are a mother and tiger cub, the Bengal tiger, a forest scene and a group of deer who should clear off right now if they have a brain in their heads. We also get the ten to Ace playing card symbols.

There’s a Bengal Tiger wild which is really useful. It has the ability to substitute for other symbols and get you some winning combinations you wouldn’t otherwise have had. We also get a scatter symbol which is the tiger’s eye and this will help get you into the bonus round, more about that soon.

Bonus Games

Underneath the reels you’ll see four boxes. Every time you get a wild symbol on the reels, one of the boxes is filled up. Do that for all four and you get four free spins and that reel turns completely wild. You can fill up more than one box at the same time so that means more free spins and more wild reels to help get wins.

Three or more of the tiger’s eye symbols gets you 20 free spins to play with. Even better you get the trailing wilds feature. When a wild appears it then moves down one place on its reel with each further spin. It remains in place until it gets to the bottom of the reels and drops off. This can get you a few wins for sure. Also look out for the Lucky Nudge feature which can help get you three or more scatter symbols if there’s one that is just out of view. You’ll be bending down to look at the reels like we all do in the pubs and amusement arcades. It’s not possible to re-trigger the free spins.

This action packed game also has a gamble feature. No playing cards this time but a dial that you adjust to increase or decrease the winnings you can make. If you increase the amount you want to win the space allocated to that choice will diminish. It’s not easy and can cost you some good wins.

Conclusion

There’s lots happening in this game It has a good look to it, the bonus rounds are fun and profitable so plenty of reasons to recommend you play this game. Just be careful with the gamble feature though but at least we get something different from the usual cards.
