Witches Wealth

Witches Wealth Slot Review

If it’s not wizards then it is witches that provide some magical entertainment. Do they want to be wealthy though? Surely witches can just wave a wand or whatever they have and then get what they want. No train fares either as they’ve got their broomstick to get them around and they don’t really go wrong do they? Anyway ‘Witches Wealth’ is another top slot from Microgaming and the withes here definitely do like to have some cash.

The look of the game is one of the highlights here. It really does look stunning and that’s despite the fact we don’t get a backdrop to the game. That’s a bit of a shame as it’d be nice to see some witches flying around on their broomsticks off to an audition for the next JK Rowling project.

This is a five-reel game that has just the three rows of symbols and only nine paylines to try and get wins on. Those nine paylines aren’t a fixed amount so it’s up to you to work out how many paylines you want to activate on each spin of the reels and the stake. Playing this costs between £0.01 and £180 if going for all the paylines at £20 a line. Just choose a stake you can afford to lose and have a magical time playing this slot.

The game features Serena the witch and her cat Mr Twinkles, all a bit Enid Blyton to be honest. Symbols include an old witch, a lovely looking jar full of eyeballs, a gold cap full of diamond studs, a bowl that has some kind of powder in it, some vials, a book of spells and an owl. No playing card symbols here which is always good to see as far as I’m concerned.

Serena is the wild symbol here and can work her magic to get you some winning combinations by substituting for other symbols. Mr Twinkles is a bonus symbol and the bat can get you some scatter wins.

Bonus Games

There are two bonus games in this slot and Mr Twinkles has a big part to play in both of them. Firstly, we have the Spinning Wand Bonus and you need three or four cats on an active payline to get you into this mini-game. Once activated you need to spin the wand by pressing the Start button. Then see what cash prize you’ll win before returning to the base game with a higher account balance. If you’re lucky you’ll end up on the bonus spot and that takes you into the Flying Rescue Bonus game.

If you don’t qualify for the Flying Rescue Bonus via the Spinning Wand method, you have to get five Mr Twinkles on an active payline. We now see a balcony with Serena on the left and Mr Twinkles on the right. Serena has the job of flying, grabbing Mr Twinkles and going home while dodging items such as clocks and pianos (have the RSPCA been informed of this?). The further you make it, the more you’ll win.

Conclusion

This is a little bit different from other slot games. The bonus games don’t include any free spins and a change is as good as a rest. There are some good chances to get some wins but it is important to activate as many paylines as possible, just keep an eye on your budget.
